Sherbrooke & the Eastern Townships
Judged on the tenth visit, not the first
Anyone nails the first clean. What matters is the tenth, when nobody is thinking about it anymore — and that depends on a written list and a team that already knows your home.
What we do
Seven services, one household
Most homes need two of them: something regular, and something once or twice a year that regular cleaning never reaches.

Recurring cleaning
A regular visit every two weeks or monthly, with the same team and an agreed task list room by room, so nothing depends on anyone's memory.

Deep cleaning
Everything a regular clean never touches: inside cabinets and the oven, baseboards, light fixtures, behind and under furniture, door frames.

Move-in and move-out cleaning
An empty home cleaned top to bottom for handover or arrival, covering the points landlords and inspectors check first.

Post-renovation cleaning
Construction dust removed in several passes, including what settled in vents, window tracks and light fixtures.

Short-term rental turnover
Turnover between two stays inside the tight checkout-to-checkin window, with linens, inventory and a photo report on request.

Organizing and decluttering
Sorting, categorizing and organizing one space at a time — closet, kitchen, basement — with a system you can realistically maintain on your own.

Seasonal cleaning
Two visits a year, in spring and before winter, covering the tasks that follow the calendar rather than a frequency: windows, textiles, ventilation.
Straight answers
What a recurring clean covers — and what it does not
Almost every disappointment in this trade comes from that second column being left unsaid. So we say it first.
Included every visit
- Kitchen: counters, sink, cooktop surface, appliance fronts
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, shower, mirrors, floor
- All floors vacuumed and washed
- Dusting of accessible surfaces and furniture
- Beds made, garbage and recycling out
The exact list is written room by room before the first visit and stays in your file.
Not included — and here is why
- Inside cabinets and inside the oven
- Baseboards in detail, light fixtures, ceiling fans
- Behind and under appliances and heavy furniture
- Washing walls, windows, curtains
- Tidying and putting away personal belongings
These take the time of three ordinary visits. They belong to a deep clean, once or twice a year.
How we work
The same team learns your home
After three or four visits, nobody needs to explain that the back bedroom is skipped, that the cat hides in the closet and the door has to be shut again, or that the glass cooktop cannot take the usual product. That memory is what you are actually buying.
- Task list written room by room before the first visit
- Products and equipment supplied — yours used on request
- We say so when a product you bought would damage a surface
- A breakage is reported the same day, never quietly put back
- Travel included in the quoted price, no mileage at month end
Coverage
Seven towns across the Townships
Our presence varies by area, and that determines the slots available for a recurring contract.
Reviews
Mostly about small things
It has been the same team for two years. They know the back bedroom is not done on Tuesdays and that the cat hides in the closet. It sounds like nothing, and it is exactly why I no longer have to explain anything.
Lakeside short-term rental, turnover between 11 and 3. Not one late arrival in eighteen months, and the photo report already saved me from a guest claiming they found the place dirty.
A 1908 house with original floors. They refused the product I had bought and explained why. I checked with a restoration specialist: they were right.
The deep clean took half a day longer than planned and cost more. It was quoted as an estimate rather than a flat rate, so I cannot say I was surprised. The work was flawless.
Post-renovation cleaning. They came back a second time three days later without my asking, because the fine dust had resettled. Nobody had told me that is how it works.
A cottage used a few weekends a month. They spotted the start of mould behind a piece of furniture before it became a problem. That alone was worth the year's contract.

Things worth knowing before you hire anyone

Every two weeks or monthly: how to decide
The right frequency does not depend on square footage but on occupants, pets and flooring type. Here is how to estimate yours.

What to do before the team arrives
Fifteen minutes of preparation transforms the value of the three hours that follow. It is not cleaning, it is clearing.

Spring deep clean: the room-by-room list
What regular cleaning never touches, room by room, in the order that avoids doing the same surface twice.
