How we work
What separates a wash that lasts from one that looks good for a day
The difference is not in the product used, it is in the order of operations and in what happens after the dirt comes off. Perfectly cleaned glass above a still-dirty frame re-soils within the hour, because the water in the frame runs back down.
That is why we always finish with the frames, sills and tracks, and why we rinse with deionized rather than tap water. Local tap water carries enough calcium to leave white spotting as it dries.

Room-by-room inventory
We count every opening, including basement windows, transoms and patio doors. The quoted price is the price you pay.

Protection before the first litre
Towels on interior sills, drop cloths on nearby furniture, load-spreading plates on April lawns. The most common damage after a wash is not on the glass.

Glass, then frame, then track
Always in that order, never the reverse. The track is vacuumed and degreased before relubrication, which fixes half the windows that stick.

How much does window cleaning cost in Sherbrooke?
Price follows opening count, building type and access rather than a flat square-foot rate. A single-storey home with fifteen windows and a three-storey Victorian with the same count are two different jobs. We quote on site, in writing, and the number does not move afterwards.
Do you clean windows in winter?
Interior work runs all year. Exterior work continues down to roughly minus five with an antifreeze additive, which is how commercial storefronts stay presentable through the salt season. Below that, we reschedule rather than deliver a poor result.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not for exterior-only work, as long as access is clear and pets are inside. Interior work needs someone to open the door, but you can carry on with your day while we work.
Are screens and tracks included?
Screens are included in the complete residential package and available as an add-on otherwise. Tracks are vacuumed and degreased on every interior visit, because a sand-filled track wears the hardware and makes the window stick.
What happens if it rains?
We reschedule at no charge and let you know the evening before when the forecast is clear. Clean rain does not re-soil freshly cleaned glass, but it makes the work impossible to do properly.
