Vinyl Windows
Multi-chamber PVC frames welded at the corners, double or triple glazing with Low-E, argon and warm-edge spacer. A window built to Novoclimat spec that stops frost at the sill.

Vinyl windows, hybrid wood-aluminum windows, entry doors, sliding patio doors and replacement: Fenêtria measures with a laser, strips to the framing and installs with low-expansion foam, so no draft passes the frame. In Sherbrooke and the Townships.
The method
The frame is ordered to the real opening size, not the nearest format. Here is the order every Fenêtria job follows.
01
The opening is recorded at three points per side — top, centre, bottom — and squareness is noted to the millimetre, so the install gap stays between 5 and 10 millimetres.
02
Double or triple glazing, Low-E, argon and warm-edge spacer: the choice is made by the exposure of each face, not from a catalogue.
03
The frame is built to the recorded sizes, corner-welded for PVC and assembled for wood-aluminum, then delivered protected.
04
Stripping, laser shimming, low-expansion foam and flashing membrane: the opening is closed and tested every evening before leaving.

Fenêtria works on a simple observation: most windows fail not at the glass but at the frame, where cold air sneaks behind a jamb installed over rotted wood and a gap filled with nothing. We strip every opening to the framing, replace what is compromised, and seal the gap with low-expansion foam and a flashing membrane before the new sash goes in.
Our crews build for the Townships climate. Triple glazing with argon and warm-edge spacers holds a north face without frost; multi-chamber PVC frames insulate without upkeep; solid wood belongs in a century home. Each choice is written into the quote, opening by opening, with the exposure of every wall noted.
In the field
The first place a bad window shows itself is the bottom of the glass, where condensation forms on a January morning. That fog is not the glass failing — it is cold air reaching the inside of the pane because the gap around the frame was never sealed. The warm-edge spacer and the foam filling are what keep the perimeter of the glass above the dew point, and they are written into every quote.
The seasons order the work. Exterior installs and full front replacements run from spring to late fall, when the sealant cures above freezing; interior sashes, entry doors and basement egress windows go in year-round. Fenêtria reserves the warm window for anything that touches the building envelope and books interior work for the cold months.
Frost and thaw test the joints harder than steady cold. Freezing rain loads a frame with water, then the freeze works it into every seam. That is why the flashing membrane goes on the outside perimeter and the elastomeric sealant on the outside joint — two barriers that take the movement, so the frame does not.
